Why not all year long?<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.smithsonianmag.com\/history\/the-changing-definition-of-african-american-4905887\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">African American<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> history has existed as long as America.
