Examples of three web-based open educational resources (OERs) available to educators will be presented. Critical thinking, formative assessment, blogging and digital citizenship will be underlying areas of focus.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Purpose &amp; Objective:<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants will become familiar with the social learning theory and the use of personification to enhance critical thinking within the classroom. Three online web-based applications will be presented and participants will be able to take away information to successfully utilize the platforms in their classrooms or schools.
