Learn how to provide hands-on, minds-on activities to address critical questions regarding technology and social development. Move your students from digital citizens to digital leaders.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Purpose &amp; Objective:<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>We live in a digital world. The purpose of this session is to provide an opportunity for schools to host a \u201cTech It Out\u201d Night for their school community to explore the social and societal side of technology and how it impacts our role as teachers. A \u201cTech It Out\u201d event supports domain four of the Danielson Framework for Professional Responsibilities. Communicating with our school community and collaborating in a professional community are important responsibilities to become a more thoughtful practitioner. It is important that our schools connect with our communities to establish relationships and educate our communities on the societal impacts of technology.
