Discover innovative strategies and best practices for creating inclusive EdTech solutions that respect and reflect diverse backgrounds. Learn to craft digital experiences that enhance learning outcomes and foster a deep appreciation for cultural diversity in the digital learning landscape.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Purpose:<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>This session will introduce participants to the Bento Box instructional strategy, which can be used as an alternative assessment across multiple content areas. Participants will be led through an exploration of the strategy and then work through activities designed to help them create a project for their students to complete. We\u2019ll also discuss creating project examples and rubrics. Using the Universal Design for Learning framework, we will discuss ways to scaffold the Bento Box strategy to allow for multiple means of engagement, representation, action &amp; expression to lend structure to the projects as students work on them.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Objectives:<\/span><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;
