Gamma is an AI-powered creation tool that helps users quickly build presentations, documents, websites, and visual content. Users can start with a blank page or use AI to generate a project from a prompt, pasted text, uploaded file, or web link. Gamma guides users through selecting themes, layouts, and design styles, while keeping all content fully editable for easy customization. Finished projects can be shared through published links, embedded into websites, or exported as PDFs or PowerPoint files. The free version includes a limited number of AI credits and access to basic AI image-generation features, allowing users to create and experiment with several projects before upgrading to a paid plan.

In the Classroom

Use Gamma to create engaging presentations to introduce and review content quickly. For example, ask Gamma to create a presentation introducing a new novel to students, including background information and vocabulary. Instead of creating a presentation, use Gamma to create an interactive website as a flipped learning activity and include links to online resources and assessments created with Microsoft Forms, reviewed here or embedded quizzes made with Blooket, reviewed here.
