Focus on Heart Health and Healthy Smiles
February brings us both American Heart Month and National Children's Dental Health Month—two perfect opportunities to integrate wellness education into your classroom in fun and meaningful ways. Whether you're teaching younger students about the importance of brushing their teeth or engaging older learners in discussions about cardiovascular health and nutrition, February offers a wealth of resources to help students understand how to take care of their bodies from head to toe. We've gathered several educational materials to help you celebrate both observances and inspire your students to develop lifelong healthy habits.
