June - A Time to Reflect & Recharge

As the summer break begins in many locations, it’s the perfect time to pick up a book (or find one online), catch up on blogs, and unwind. With all of the changes we’ve seen in the world lately, it’s also a great time to consider how the invention of the Internet and social media have shaped the way we live, teach, and learn.

Sir Timothy Berners-Lee, the man credited with inventing the Web, was born on June 8, 1955. Good digital citizenship when using the Internet is one of the most important skills we teach our students (and ourselves).
