Create a free account to begin using TeacherServer, then explore content by selecting from categories that include general resources, content area tools, and professional topics such as leadership and tools to use with parents. After selecting a tool to describe grade level and objectives, fill in the form and add personalized instructions if desired. Using AI generators helps save time and increase productivity; Poe saves even more time by making it easy to compare output from several AI generators in one place. Use this resource to create quizzes, rubrics, lesson plans, and more. Many of the included resources offer the option to add files and increase productivity further by attaching a worksheet and asking it to modify the content to differentiate learning or to suggest ideas for presenting the content in a different format. Be sure to ask for information as precisely as possible by including grade-level information, the subject you teach, content standards and teaching objectives, and options for differentiating instruction. Math teachers can ask chatbots to explain the content differently or ask for ideas on applying math topics to everyday life. In social studies or science, ask to generate a vocabulary list or create a story based on your lessons incorporating essential vocabulary terms. ELA teachers might use these tools to get suggestions for interventions to support struggling readers or to find additional resources to support current lessons. Use the image generators to produce images for creative writing activities, to develop descriptive writing skills, or to include in multimedia presentations. Always verify any information provided by any AI tool before using it. Khanmigo offers a suite of free AI-powered tools specially designed for educators. Choose a resource from several categories for differentiation, planning, creating, learning, or support. Select any tool and add the requested information, such as topic, grade level, and learning objectives, into the message box. Adjust the response by highlighting any output portion and asking for changes. When finished, use the included options to print the information, export it to Microsoft Word, create a PDF, or save it to your Google Drive. The results are also available on your Khanmigo account in a "My Documents" folder. Always double-check information generated by AI for accuracy before using it.

Most tools require registration using your email; registering accounts allows members to access their previous history and make new AI tools. After registering, select a tool and provide the required information in the chat box, then click generate to produce the response. In addition to accessing your history on the site, additional options allow you to copy and paste output into a document or export the product into a Google Doc. When using AI tools, always verify the output for accuracy.

After viewing a question, students create a recording with options for drawing on a virtual whiteboard to enhance their responses. After submitting a response, students receive feedback that identifies positive information in their responses and areas for improvement. Use questions from Snorkl's library or create questions to add to your library and assign to students. When assigning activities to your class, options are available to allow students to view their classmates' responses and comments if desired. Students access the assignments by visiting the link provided after creating the assignment or using the join code. As students post responses, teachers receive insights based on the shared answers that describe students' understandings and misunderstandings of the topic.

Pi calls itself "your personal AI." It is a chatbot designed to understand your interests, needs, and goals and provide personalized feedback. As you begin using Pi, it asks what you want to discuss and provides suggestions, such as brainstorming ideas, practicing an extensive conversation, and learning something new. After entering the main space in Pi, you are also offered several conversation starters, and a recorded daily news brief is adjusted to reflect your interests from previous discussions. Registration isn't required; however, creating an account allows you to access previous conversations, participate in longer discussions, and enable Pi to personalize responses based on those conversations. As always, when using artificial intelligence tools, verify the information is accurate.

In the Classroom
Pi's terms of service state that it is not for children under 18, so this chat tool should only be used by adults. Because Pi provides conversation ideas, it is an excellent introductory resource for learning to use AI chat generator tools. For example, use the conversation starters to discover tips to share with your students for learning a new language, find jokes for your classroom, or look for tips on focusing. Start new conversations (known as threads) to ask for ideas that support your curriculum and teaching style. An example might be, "Give me ideas for projects for my 4th-grade students to do during a unit on plants using Universal Design Learning frameworks." Imagine automatically creating a video from a written description. That's a fantastic prospect, and it is now possible using the magic of Invideo AI. invideo AI turns your ideas into videos in just a few short minutes. After creating an account, select the link to make a video. In the chat space, describe in detail and provide instructions for completing the video using up to 3600 characters. After adding the description, choose the button to generate the video and wait for the magic to happen. Creating videos will take a few minutes. Once your video is generated, use the available tools to regenerate if changes are desired, or choose to export the video when ready. Download the video to your device in mp4 format and select from the available options for video quality. Share videos with students from your device, using the provided link, or export videos to YouTube, reviewed here. Free accounts offer ten minutes per week of video generation, 10 GB of storage, and four exports weekly with the invideo logo. As always, when using artificial intelligence (AI) tools, verify that all information is accurate before sharing it with students.

Enroll in the free, self-paced course to learn about text set design and how to use text sets to build student knowledge and vocabulary in any subject. Visit the links at the top of the site to find downloadable text sets categorized by elementary, middle, and high school. Within each category, the text sets are then organized into grade levels. Download a planning guide with links to resources and activities for each text set offered. In addition, each set includes separate links to additional resources such as student work samples, KWL charts, and more. Remember to visit the Support for Struggling Readers section to access rubrics and ideas to teach text structure, language features, knowledge demands, and purpose/meaning.

Pear Practice is a gamified learning experience that promotes collaborative learning and independent practice using tools provided by Pear Deck, reviewed here. Use Pear Practice to create learning experiences or choose from the large selection of activities in the practice sets. When creating a set, Pear Practice allows members to create multiple-choice, fill-in-the-blank, drawing, and drag-and-drop questions. Once a practice set is chosen, create an assignment for individual practice or start a live practice by choosing one of the game mode options. Options within live practice activities allow educators to set time limits for questions, allow guest students not in Pear Deck classrooms, and create random groups. Students join activities using the unique code or by sharing a link. When sharing as an assignment, specify a start and ending date and assign an accuracy goal for students to achieve. Students can retake the assignment as often as needed to meet the accuracy goal. Many activities in Pear Practice's public library correlate to Common Core Standards.

ReadTheory's Reading Passage Generator is a quick and easy tool for generating reading passages and questions for any topic and grade level. Enter your topic in the chat box, then move to the next step to select a grade level, and then generate text. Within about a minute, your reading passage is created. Use the edit button in the title or reading passage to tweak the contents as desired. When satisfied, choose the looking good link to generate multiple choice questions based upon the text. Enter your email to receive the passage and questions, or download them as a PDF document.

In the Classroom
Use this reading passage generator to create introductory and review passages for any subject; no registration is required. Differentiate for student ability levels by selecting different grade levels while providing all students the same information. Take some time to practice generating texts and questions to understand different ways to create questions that meet your needs. For example, when choosing lower elementary grades, sometimes the passages are too short in length. When entering the topic for your prompt, include guidelines for the passage length to create. If you want a passage about stars and planets, have the instructions to make the passage longer than 100 words. Extend learning using other AI tools such as MagicSchool, reviewed here by copying your prompt into one of the many tools available. Use MagicSchool's translator tool to translate for multilanguage learners, generate a list of vocabulary words, or create a science lab activity to accompany your chosen text and topic.
This resource requires PDF reader software like Adobe Acrobat.

This site is organized by grade level; begin by selecting the link for any grade level offered, then choose a skill to be developed. Skills offered include phonological awareness, phonics, vocabulary, fluency, comprehension, and oral language. Each section includes a short description and example of the skill, practice activities, and links to online activities that support learning the chosen skill. If your district blocks YouTube, then the videos may not be viewable.

SchoolAI provides a suite of artificial intelligence (AI)- based tools and resources for K-12 classrooms. In addition, AI features provide feedback and allow educators to moderate and manage student use of resources such as the Sidekick assistant. SchoolAI offers many easy-to-create student activities, such as the Historic Figure Chatbot, Book Explorer, Choose Your Own Adventure, and chat-based Tutoring Sessions for any subject. Use the discover feature to choose an activity, then provide the requested information. Most activities include an option to view a preview or try the activity out before being added to Spaces. After adding an activity to your Spaces, it is shared with students using the URL or QR code provided.

In the Classroom
Use SchoolAI to create and share engaging activities with all students and for all subjects. For example, differentiate text easily to fit the abilities of all students, generate a list of engaging activities for any topic, or quickly create a worksheet or multiple choice quiz as a formative assessment. As students engage in chats with historical figures or choose your own adventure activities, ask them to use the information learned as a starting point for additional research. Use Symbaloo, reviewed here or another curation tool to collect and share additional resources with students, such as videos, online articles, and book suggestions. As a final extended learning activity, ask students to share their learning using Sway, reviewed here, Genially, reviewed here, or Adobe Creative Cloud Express, reviewed here to create multimedia presentations.
