These activities include printable templates, step-by-step craft instructions, and creative ideas to make personalized gifts and decorations. Some crafts include explanation videos hosted on YouTube. Choose from any of the crafts to create Mother's Day gifts. While these crafts focus on Mother's Day, students can use them in any subject area to demonstrate their knowledge. Use Book Creator, reviewed here, to have students create interactive e-books that include stories, poems, and crafts for Mother's Day. You can then share the e-books with families. Many of the templates are PDFs. Have students upload them to a program like Canva Edu, reviewed here, and they can type or draw on the PDFs. Then share them electronically or print them to display in the classroom. Incorporate math by having the students create pixel art using the cross-stitch activity.
