Begin by adding a title, then choose to create a form from scratch or use a template. Templates include surveys, questionnaires, and more. To add content, type your question or add text, or type "/" to choose from a list of options that includes options to add short, long, or multiple choice answers, a dropdown box, links, and more. Customize the look of your form by choosing a theme, fonts, and colors. Create an account to publish your form, then share it using the share link or embed code. The free plan includes unlimited forms and submissions, with many integrated features.
